Job Description/Overview:
Parcel Estates is looking for a talented and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, with strong communication skills, and be fluent in English, Russian, or Chinese. This role requires a team player who is eager to work in a professional environment and is ready to take on the challenge of driving sales and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
– Introduce and present our real estate portfolios to potential clients.
– Manage the sales cycle and guide clients through each stage of the sales process.
– Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
– Provide post-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications needed:
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales.
– Advanced proficiency in English and/or Russian/Chinese languages.
– Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Experience:
– Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
Skills:
– Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, Russian, or Chinese.
– Advanced communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
