Job Description/Overview:
Destinology Homes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, laws, and regulations, along with a proven track record in sales and customer service. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prospect potential clients and leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
– Conduct property viewings, showcase listings, and negotiate offers to achieve successful transactions.
– Assist clients in determining their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
– Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
– Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents to facilitate transactions.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other industry professionals.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through digital platforms, social media, and print media.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
– Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all transactions.
– Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company.
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
– Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
– Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
Skills:
– Proficiency in MS Office applications and real estate CRM software.
– UAE driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.
– Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
