Job Description/Overview:

You will be joining the sales team to actively participate in field prospecting, analyze prospects’ needs, handle commercial negotiations, and draft contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Business:

 

  • Promote and sell our client’s services and solutions to prospects in Luxembourg
  • Identify and qualify projects

 

Sales:

 

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Actively engage clients to promote sales, suggest additional products or complementary services as appropriate

 

Client Support:

 

  • Advise prospects, present tailored offers
  • Follow up with prospects, build a trustworthy network within your prospect base

 

Product Knowledge:

 

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services: features, benefits, and pricing

 

Sales Administration:

 

  • Prepare sales contracts, possibly with pre-sales department assistance, and follow up with prospects

 

Contract Management:

 

  • Conduct financial simulations and prepare sales arguments for prospects
  • Ensure proper handling and follow-up of contracts

 

CRM:

 

  • Keep all necessary information updated in the customer relationship management (CRM) 

 

Process Compliance:

 

  • Ensure security and confidentiality of information and data
  • Identify non-compliance and incidents and contribute to implementing corrective, preventive, or curative actions
  • Act in accordance with company policies, including CSR and GDPR

 

Qualifications needed

  • Minimum of 5 years of significant experience (excluding internships)
  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourg market
  • Strong understanding of client relations; successful experience in Account Management is a plus
  • Knowledge of archiving, scanning, or ECM would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail in following up on files

 

Skills: 

  • Excellent client presentation skills
  • Comfortable with contacts at all client levels
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing a commercial network
  • Adaptability to various environments, situations, and interlocutors
  • Strong written communication skills in French and English
  • C2 level in French, C1 level in English; any additional language is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Desired experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce)
