Job Description/Overview
Future Leaders International School – Main Campus is seeking an experienced Arts Teacher for an August 2024 start. As an Arts Teacher, you will contribute to the holistic development of students by delivering the American curriculum with creativity and innovation while fostering cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
– Implement the American curriculum creatively and innovatively
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
– Foster cross-cultural understanding, respect, and collaboration
– Integrate technology and 21st-century skills into teaching practices
– Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to ensure student success
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field (required)
– Teaching licence for elementary education or a related field
– Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS 8+ or native level)
– 2 years of experience teaching in an American curriculum school or international setting (preferred)
Experience
– Strong communication skills and a passion for cross-cultural education
– Adaptability, resilience, and commitment to professional growth
