Job Description/Overview:
Aldar Education is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to support the Heads of School at Mamoura British Academy for the 2024-2025 academic year. The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and supporting the smooth operation of the Middle and Senior Schools.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage administrative and clerical tasks in line with policies and procedures
– Schedule and organise appointments, meetings, and events
– Prepare agendas, minutes, and visual aids for meetings
– Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails
– Maintain filing systems and manage school events
– Support budget monitoring and report preparation
– Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in a relevant field
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Experience in the education sector is preferred
Skills:
– Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
– Strong office management and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in office software and communication tools
