Job Description/Overview:
The Overnight Bell Attendant will assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, manage deliveries and pickups, and transport packages. You will greet and escort guests to their rooms, maintaining records of deliveries and handling guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality. This role is physical, requiring lifting and transporting luggage and packages.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with luggage during check-ins and departures
– Manage deliveries and pickups from guest rooms
– Provide exceptional service and resolve guest inquiries
Qualifications needed:
– Proficiency in spoken English
– Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
– Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and pulling carts up to 200 pounds
Experience: Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
Skills:
– Strong customer service skills
– Physical stamina for handling luggage and extended mobility during shifts
