Job Description/Overview:
Part-Time Medical Secretary (25-30 hrs/week)
Permanent contract with a trial period for 25-30 hrs/week according to a pre-set schedule, which may look like this:
Monday: 8 AM – 1 PM, 5 hrs
Tuesday: 8 AM – 1 PM, 5 hrs
Wednesday: 12 PM – 7 PM, 7 hrs
Thursday: 12 PM – 4 PM, 4 hrs
Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM, 6 hrs, totaling 27 hrs
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Schedule and record patient appointments
- Respond to emails
- Manage equipment orders (with assistance from the responsible person)
- Open patient files
- Filing
Qualifications needed
- Luxembourgish (essential)
- French
- English
- German
