Job Description/Overview:
CTG PSF is an IT services company serving a predominantly financial clientele.
We are recruiting a Call-Center Agent for a period of 5 months within one of our service centers.
Key Responsibilities
- You provide support to users and are their first point of contact,
- You manage incoming telephone calls and process various emails by carefully following existing procedures,
- You are responsible for encoding and resolving tickets in our internal ticketing tool,
- If necessary, you distribute tickets to technical teams,
- Rigorous and efficient, you are able to respect contractual call deadlines .
Qualifications needed
- You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English, mastery of German and Luxembourgish are an asset.
- You are familiar with office tools such as the Microsoft Office suite,
- No IT experience is required ! We are looking for people with real interpersonal skills : you are customer-oriented with good communication ,
- Empathetic and educational , you like to help others and find solutions,
- Teamwork and the opportunity to work in an international environment appeal to you,
- Knowledge of any ticketing tool is a real asset,
