Job Description/Overview:
Coordinate sales activities and provide technical support for advanced weighing equipment, handle customer inquiries, and assist in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
– Provide exceptional service, address customer needs, and handle inquiries.
– Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and maintain accurate records.
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and follow up on order processing.
– Create invoices, delivery orders, and support business development tasks.
Qualifications needed:
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and service coordination within related industries.
– Education; University/Diploma degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related fields.
– Skills: Proficient in MS Word and Excel, fast learner, confident, detail-oriented, fluent in English.
– Technical Skills: Good online search skills, experience in technical support is a plus.
