Job Description/Overview:
As a Concierge at Four Seasons Chicago, you will respond to a wide variety of guest requests, offering personalized recommendations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Duties include assisting with luggage, storing packages, processing guest correspondence, and staying updated on local activities and events. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the area and a passion for delivering luxury customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to guest requests and offer personalized recommendations
– Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages

– Establish and maintain relationships with vendors

Qualifications needed:
– Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment

– Knowledge of Chicago is preferred
– Foreign language skills are advantageous
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
