Job Description/Overview:
This role will involve leading complex projects and managing critical SAP transformations within federal government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Team Management: Manage technical teams and partner with multiple vendors to achieve integrated outcomes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with Project and BAU teams to administer activities and serve as the contact point for stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Project Tracking: Use dashboards to monitor tasks and projects across the team.
- Governance and Finance: Assist the section Director with managing governance and finance requirements for deliverables.
- Resilience and Flexibility: Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in dealing with ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
- Pressure Management: Handle high-pressure situations with attention to detail, organizing priorities, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- SAP Transformation and Cloud Migration: Oversee SAP product transformations and manage the shift from on-premises to cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Qualifications needed
- Minimum 5 years in delivery management within complex IT environments.
- Experience with SAP products, including CRM, PSCD, ERP, and S/4HANA.
- Proven delivery management experience with large government agencies.
- History of successful delivery of SAP programs, applications, platforms, and solutions.
- Skilled in preparing, negotiating, and communicating delivery timelines and schedules.
- Ability to report on progress to leadership, including SES Band 1 and above, and manage stakeholder engagement.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
