Job Description/Overview:
1Password is looking for a Senior IT Operations Analyst to support our internal users, elevate our IT capabilities, and drive data-driven solutions. This role involves mentoring the IT Support team, technical troubleshooting, project work, and creating documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide support for hardware and software issues, guiding other team members.
– Own high-impact projects to increase end user satisfaction, productivity, and security.
– Design, implement, and maintain IT support policies and procedures.
– Drive day-to-day ticketing and ad hoc support with high expertise.
– Ensure team efficiency and effectiveness through reporting.
– Lead and mentor the support team.
Qualifications needed:
– 5+ years of work experience in an IT role in a Mixed OS environment.
– Demonstrated mentorship experience.
– Passion for learning and helping others with a growth mentality.
– Enthusiasm for elevating others’ technical knowledge.
– Exceptional written communication skills.
– Experience with various SaaS services.
Experience:
– Handling project work and technical troubleshooting independently.
– Creating and managing SLA functions in a modern ticketing system.
– Building scalable ticketing workflows.
– Familiarity with MDM platforms and identity management systems (Jamf, Kandji, Microsoft MDM, Okta, One Login).
Skills:
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Expertise in automations and integrations across critical IT systems.
