Job Description/Overview:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to take up a leadership position in the company and deliver end-to-end projects efficiently. They boast a wide range of unique building projects spanning across the commercial, health, residential, defense, and education sectors. You will be providing support to the directors while being involved in all aspects of the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Pre and Post Contract work
- Prepare budgets and benchmarks
- Manage bills of quantities (BOQ)
- Provide pre-tender estimates
- Responsible for measurements, variations & progress claims
- Lead and support a team of AQSs
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
Qualifications needed

Experience:
- Have lead projects from start to finish
- Have been in leadership/mentoring positions
Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Australian Quantity Surveying experience
