Job Description/Overview:

BDO Luxembourg seeks a motivated Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support for their Tax Regulatory Services. The role involves daily office management, correspondence, legal and administrative file organization, logistical arrangements, and data collection for management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Perform daily office management tasks

– Receive, sort, and distribute mail and correspondence

– Coordinate and administer office supplies and materials

– Draft correspondence, translations, presentations, and reports

– Organize legal and administrative files

– Facilitate logistical arrangements (appointments, meetings, travel bookings)

– Collect data and compile KPIs for Management

– Liaise with internal and external contacts

 

Qualifications needed:

– Degree in secretarial work

– 3-5 years of experience as a secretary, ideally in a law, accounting, or audit firm

– Excellent redactional and presentation skills

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

– Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

– High level of organization, rigor, and proactivity

– Ability to handle multiple projects and respect deadlines

– Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills

 

Experience:

– 3-5 years in a similar role

 

Skills:

– Secretarial and administrative expertise

– Organizational skills

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office

– Strong communication skills
