Job Description/Overview:
Invisible Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join their AI training and application team. As an Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering value to clients by managing complex processes, clients, and a large-scale workforce. You will scope and refine expert training processes for AI models and deploy cutting-edge operations and best practices across enterprise companies. This role requires a fast, adaptable learner with strong client management skills who can thrive in a high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage Strategic Client Relationships: Oversee operational delivery to clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with strong communication, clear expectations management, and timely troubleshooting. Ensure pricing and billing accuracy.
– Manage Complex Projects: Align with clients on expected work volume, develop project plans, and ensure sufficient capacity. Collaborate with automation teams to refine processes.
– Innovate & Iterate on Process Design: Build frameworks to drive best practices in AI training and improve AI models through team collaboration and client feedback.
– Manage Large-Scale Teams: Oversee hiring, staffing, and development of sizable project teams. Act as the key link between clients and internal teams to ensure productive collaboration.
– Inspire Creativity: Identify areas for process improvement, scope new processes, and implement solutions proactively.
– Own Your Business: Maintain client health in both service and unit economics, and manage financial cycles, including payroll reconciliation and end-of-month closure. Collaborate with directors to develop strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Qualifications needed:
– Education: Not specified

– At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a client-facing role.
– Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
– Familiarity with or exposure to AI concepts is ideal, but curiosity and fast learning are more important.
– Intermediate understanding of building financial models, especially cost-driven analysis.
– Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team.
– Experience in capacity planning and project management.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to work remotely and manage teams without in-person interaction.

– Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks; flexible with schedules.
