We are looking for a Skilled Concreter/Formworker to join a highly successful construction business based in the ACT. SuperStruct provides specialized Formwork, REO, Concrete, Civil and Project Management Services to commercial Government and quality T1 T2 and T3 builders both locally and regionally.

Job Description/Overview:
Skilled Concreter/ Form worker (On tools Site Foreman)
Key Responsibilities
SuperStruct concreters/form workers are responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, cost-effectiveness, quality, and adherence to legal compliance. This role involves overseeing Ensure all projects are carried out SuperSafe, SuperSmart, SuperStrong!
Being able to place concrete and finish to a high standard.
Able to construct a job from ground level to hand over including elements of formwork, REO pods and mesh and concrete.
Ensure all tasks are carried out in a cost-effective way, not impeding Safety, Quality or Delivery. Hold toolbox talks daily and ensure pre-starts are done on machinery.
Able to read and interpret structural plans, architectural plans and all other construction plans.
Formulate strategic plans to achieve deadlines.
Work on strategic plans to achieve deadlines provided by the PM.
Ensure the utmost Safety, Quality & Delivery experience is always achieved on SuperStruct sites!
Educate, Train and Supervise Staff, this extends to subcontractors to deliver on SuperStruct brand Promiseās.
Site Diary: Before photos, during photos, after photos a full and ‘detailed site diary’ coded correctly to ensure the data is sent to the managers correctly.
Utilizing Procore (Management software) to its full potential for defect management, observations, site instructions, etc.
Have Client sign any days work when asked by the PM.
All defects to be reported upstream to management utilizing Procore.
Research and review and initiate best practices/methodologies for construction of specific tasks.
On tools as and when required to assist the project team by leading from the front.
Any effects in relation to time, cost, quality are to be immediately reported to the PM.
Qualifications needed
Proven Experience/Ability and confidence to deliver the type of work that the specific project requires.
Driver’s License.
White card, asbestos card, and silica exposure card.
