Job Description/Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will be the conductor in the organization of events within the “Product Leadership” department, whose mission is to create and promote innovative event solutions, as well as to manage their own event projects and those of their clients.
You will take full responsibility for managing exhibitions, conferences, and incentives, working closely with internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
You will make a difference by ensuring that events have a positive economic social, and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize the different phases of projects, including research, design, production, promotion, logistics, and management.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and necessary resources to ensure the desired impact.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for projects.
- Create technical plans necessary for the setup of exhibitions, complying with the specific safety standards in Luxembourg.
- Coordinate internal teams for the realization of events, ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Evaluate the impact and performance of products to inform management of necessary improvements.
- Synchronize market research and data collection to guide product design and develop expertise in the event sector.
Qualifications needed
- You are a professional passionate about event organization or project or product management.
- You are patient, meticulous, sharp, and resourceful, always ready to handle last-minute unforeseen events.
- You actively listen, naturally engage, and communicate positively with everyone you meet.
- You are looking for a work environment where your qualities of kindness, creativity, autonomy, initiative, and rigor will be valued.
- You have a university education (or equivalent).
- You fluently use French and English at a very good operational level, and preferably, also use German. A good knowledge of local issues and Luxembourgish would be highly appreciated.
- If you are proficient in Autocad, Illustrator, or SketchUp, it is a real plus for our client! But don’t worry if you don’t know them yet. If you are motivated and eager to learn, Luxexpo The Box will support you in your training.
