– Employment Type: Seasonal (September, October, November, December 2024)
– Work Hours: 38 hours per week; availability required for 3 weekends per month and 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day)
Job Description/Overview:
One Medical is seeking a Seasonal Virtual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide virtual medical care. The role involves tele-health visits, collaboration with a virtual team, and utilizing clinical training to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct tele-health visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
– Participate in clinical rounds and ongoing learning.
– Collaborate with virtual and in-office teams.
– Adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.
Qualifications Needed:
– Education: Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
– Licenses: Currently licensed in Washington D.C. with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
– Experience: At least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine within the past 5 years.
– Skills: Strong clinical and communication skills, ability to work flexible hours, and proficiency with technology.
Example Schedule:
– Wednesday: 1 PM – 10 PM Eastern
– Thursday: 1 PM – 10 PM Eastern
– Friday: 1 PM – 10 PM Eastern
– Saturday: 1 PM – 10 PM Eastern
– Sunday: 1 PM – 10 PM Eastern
