Job Description/Overview:
iTel Networks Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the product and marketing organization. This role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, including go-to-market strategies for B2B products. The successful candidate will drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the marketing team, including product and marketing personnel.
– Develop go-to-market strategies, market research, and pricing for the product portfolio.
– Manage B2B marketing campaigns and oversee end-to-end campaign development.
– Collaborate on financial modeling and forecasts with the finance team.
– Produce marketing collateral and content with creative teams.
– Monitor and report on campaign performance, product, and pricing metrics.
– Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending for ROI.
– Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to enhance campaign effectiveness.
– Utilize digital channels, social media, and email marketing.
– Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
– Stay updated with industry trends and represent the company at events.
Qualifications Needed:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
– Experience: At least 5 years in a management role, preferably in B2B marketing and product management. Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
– Skills: Strong understanding of B2B marketing techniques, experience with marketing strategies and campaigns, proficiency in marketing tools, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record in launching products in Canada and the US is preferred.
