Job Description/Overview:
BeMo Academic Consulting seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing department and drive growth. The role involves managing internal team members, optimizing digital ad campaigns, and overseeing content and email marketing strategies to scale the business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and monitor internal team members.
– Oversee setup and optimization of Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube ads, and Google Search ads.
– Plan and direct new marketing funnels and split testing for ads and emails.
– Optimize conversion rates and manage SEO content strategies.
– Create and implement SOPs and automation for marketing operations.
– Generate and analyze reports to track performance.
Qualifications Needed:
– Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Media Buyer, Marketing Specialist, or Manager with internal team management experience.
– Skills: Expertise in Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube ads, Search ads, email automation, and conversion rate optimization. Proficiency in advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills is required.
– Other Skills: Proven track record in scaling brands significantly and optimizing every part of the customer journey.
