Job Description/Overview:
Are you someone with great customer service skills? Do you want to work with a friendly and supportive team? Have you ever thought about leading a team? If so, we have a great opportunity for someone who wants to build on their customer service skills and move into a corporate environment. In this varied role you will establish and maintain a day-to-day relationship with the customer and provide excellent administration services for our government and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the customer’s business to be able to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue
- Ensure team/site productivity, customer, and employee engagement targets are achieved through operational management and effective leadership of a team.
- Perform daily operational/administration tasks as necessary; ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
- Ensure service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews.
- Assist with monthly customer reports including supplier invoicing and cost center allocation.
