Job Description/Overview:
Expatriate Global is seeking an experienced Director of Operations / Sales to lead their team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing operations and sales, developing strategies, managing client relations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in business setup services, relocation assistance, second citizenship programs, and Golden Visa services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations and ensure service efficiency.
– Develop and implement operational policies.
– Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
– Manage sales strategies and targets.
– Lead and mentor the sales team.
– Maintain strong client relationships.
– Conduct market research and develop differentiation strategies.
