Job Description:
The Social Media Specialist at Collective Synergy will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement. This role involves creating content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative approach to content creation, and experience in social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies aligned with marketing goals; maintain a social media calendar; stay updated on trends and best practices.
– Content Creation: Produce engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics) and ensure consistency with the brand’s voice.
– Account Management: Manage social media accounts, monitor channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
– Performance Analysis: Track and analyze metrics; generate reports; use data to optimize content and engagement.
– Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns; coordinate with the marketing team; monitor and adjust campaign performance.
– Collaboration and Communication: Work with marketing, design, and content teams; stay informed about industry developments.
Qualifications:
– Education: Specialized training in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media management or similar role; proven track record of growing social media presence.
– Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools; strong writing, editing, and communication skills; creativity; familiarity with analytics tools.
– Competencies: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail; adaptability; strong problem-solving skills.
