Job Description/Overview:
BBE Marketing Inc is seeking a Partnership Manager to identify, reach out to, and onboard new partners onto our platform. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a high volume of email correspondence and follow-ups using HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
– Partner Identification: Identify and reach out to potential partners via email or phone.
– Onboarding: Onboard new partners and ensure a positive experience.
– Database Management: Maintain and update the partner database.
– Strategy Alignment: Work with management to align partner strategies with business goals.
– Metrics Tracking: Track and report on partnership metrics and use data to optimize efforts.
– Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
– Experience: 3+ years in partnership management or business development.
– Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and persuasive writing skills.
– Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM software.
– Analytics: Knowledge of data analytics to track and optimize partnership efforts.
– Language: Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
