Job Description/Overview:
The Head of Marketing at Doist will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, guiding a team of diverse marketers and driving impactful marketing strategies. This role involves both high-level strategic vision and detailed operational work, requiring creativity, data-driven decision-making, and effective collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of seven marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive significant impact.
- Collaboration: Work with other Heads and Marketing teammates to execute high-quality work across various channels, ensuring alignment.
- Budget Management: Oversee the annual marketing budget, optimizing spend and forecasting expenditures.
- Data Analysis: Use market trends, competitive analysis, and data to inform strategic decisions and communicate findings to the Leadership team.
- Tech Integration: Stay updated on marketing technology, including AI, to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Hands-On Work: Engage in various marketing tasks as needed, from drafting emails to writing in-app copy.
Requirements:
– Experience: Proven ability to lead a marketing team and manage marketing budgets.
