Job Description/Overview:
Are you an experienced Accounts and Administrator professional looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity?
You will handle bookkeeping for accounts receivable and payable, including daily invoice entry and monthly tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing daily bank reconciliations.
- Managing office purchases and vehicle-related administration.
- Processing monthly payables, including statement matching and payments.
- Preparing and sending accounts receivable invoices and statements, and communicating with customers.
- Managing PAYE, paying wages weekly, and maintaining staff hourly and leave records.
- Enter and process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll and staff scheduling.
- Address questions from staff and customers on accounts and payroll.
- Support Project Managers and the Operations Manager with their tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails and taking meeting notes as required.
Qualifications needed
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, with previous experience.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- A committed, organised, and self-motivated achiever.
- An innovative mindset to enhance and grow business systems.
- A positive, enthusiastic team player who thrives on challenges and change.
- Experience in leading a team is preferred
