Job Description/Overview:

Are you an experienced Accounts and Administrator professional looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity?  

You will handle bookkeeping for accounts receivable and payable, including daily invoice entry and monthly tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing daily bank reconciliations.
  • Managing office purchases and vehicle-related administration.
  • Processing monthly payables, including statement matching and payments.
  • Preparing and sending accounts receivable invoices and statements, and communicating with customers.
  • Managing PAYE, paying wages weekly, and maintaining staff hourly and leave records.
  • Enter and process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with payroll and staff scheduling.
  • Address questions from staff and customers on accounts and payroll.
  • Support Project Managers and the Operations Manager with their tasks.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails and taking meeting notes as required.

Qualifications needed

  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, with previous experience.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A committed, organised, and self-motivated achiever.
  • An innovative mindset to enhance and grow business systems.
  • A positive, enthusiastic team player who thrives on challenges and change.
  • Experience in leading a team is preferred
