Job Description/Overview:
The Ardagh Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support an Executive Committee (ExCo) member. This role involves managing diaries, preparing reports, handling travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support. While based remotely, occasional travel within the UK may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Meeting Preparation:
– Assist with organizing and preparing for meetings.
– Diary and Email Management:
– Manage the ExCo member’s schedule and email correspondence.
– Actions and Deadlines:
– Track and manage actions and deadlines.
– Travel and Expenses:
– Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses.
– General Coordination and Administration:
– Provide general administrative support and coordination.
Qualifications needed:
– Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at Director/ExCo level.
– Expert proficiency in MS Office for preparing reports and presentations.
– High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Experience:
– Significant experience in a similar role.
– Professional or financial services background is advantageous but not essential.
Skills:
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to balance competing priorities and work under pressure.
