Job Description/Overview:
We are currently requiring a Seasonal Operations Administrator for our busy Nelson Plant, to provide support for the duration of the season.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing proactive and quality administration support to the Livestock and Production teams with balancing reports, inputting, updating, and distributing production related reports, audits and other administration tasks
- Working on the reception desk and assisting customers both facing and via phone
- Supporting the recruiting and training departments, with inductions, personnel files and updating of training records
- Working with the payroll team to cover any payroll functions as required.
- Maintaining of office registers including lockers, keys, and clothing
- General office duties including filing, photocopying, etc.
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service skills both verbal and written.
- Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel
- Proactive approach with ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Able to keep a calm composure and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail
