Job Description/Overview:
Seven Star Centre ST. Liquor Corporation is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee retail operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage staff and inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assign sales workers to duties
– Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
– Order merchandise
– Establish work schedules
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
– Organize and maintain inventory
– Manage cash
– Oversee payroll administration
– Conduct performance reviews
– Supervise office and volunteer staff
Experience and specialization:
– Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
