Job Description/Overview:
At GrowthX Labs, we’re building a new type of company by blending cutting-edge AI with human expertise to drive sustainable growth. Our mission is to help businesses become media powerhouses through innovative, AI-led content strategies that deliver real results. We are seeking a Senior SEO & Content Strategist who is also a creative content strategist. This role involves researching, planning, and executing content strategies using AI workflows and requires impeccable spoken and written English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Keyword Research: Conduct ongoing keyword and topic research to discover new opportunities and trends based on industry and client company product evolution.
– Content Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end content production process using AI workflows, working with clients and AI tools.
– Performance Monitoring: Analyze SEO and content performance, maintaining reports on organic content performance, traffic, conversion, keyword rankings, and ROI.
– Content Audits: Conduct ongoing content audits to determine when to create new content, update old content, and consolidate older content to ensure rankings and optimize user experience.
– Traffic Monitoring: Monitor traffic and understand the impact of optimizations and external changes like algorithm updates and SERP changes.
– Build AI Workflows: Create and optimize content using AI workflows (training provided).
– Manage Clients: Interact with clients weekly, continuously improving standard operating procedures to deliver more value.
Requirements:
– Experience: 4+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of developing creative solutions and achieving SEO success.
– Writing: 4+ years of writing and editing experience, capable of creating compelling content that educates the audience.
– Customer-Facing: 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
– Technical Skills: Command of technical SEO, content management, link-building, keyword research, and related skills.
– Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues, identify solutions, and prioritize based on impact.
– Builder Mentality: Hands-on approach to driving impact rather than delegating.
– SEO Tools: Proficiency with enterprise SEO platforms (e.g., STAT, Ahrefs) and understanding of LLMs for SEO goals.
– Communication: Excellent communication skills with a team-first attitude, able to influence others at all levels.
– Data-Driven: Experience with data-driven experimentation and ability to draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
Nice to Haves:
– CMS Experience: Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, and/or headless CMS.
– Prompt Engineering: Experience with prompt engineering.
– Design Tools: Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and/or Midjourney.
