Job Description/Overview:
Dondich Creative, LLC is a dynamic development studio known for its flagship products, Nihongo Master (an online Japanese language learning platform) and DNS Spy (a tool for monitoring DNS issues). We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager on a contract basis to drive and manage affiliate marketing efforts for both products. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and engaging affiliates, onboarding them, and maintaining relationships to boost revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Affiliate Engagement: Identify and engage potential new affiliates to promote Nihongo Master and DNS Spy.
– Onboarding: Onboard new affiliates, providing them with the resources and support needed to drive traffic.
– Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration and growth.
– Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports on KPIs such as new affiliate leads, onboarded affiliates, and revenue from affiliate streams.
– Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the affiliate program.
– Platform Utilization: Use the Rewardful platform to manage affiliates and track their performance.
– Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to keep strategies effective and innovative.
Qualifications:
– Experience: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in a digital product or online service environment.
– Knowledge: Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms (Rewardful experience is a plus), and marketing strategies.
– Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
– Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
– Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Familiarity: Knowledge of Nihongo Master and DNS Spy or similar products is a plus.
KPIs:
– Number of new affiliate leads identified and contacted.
– Number of onboarded affiliates who start driving traffic.
– Overall revenue generated from affiliate streams.
