Job Description/Overview:

The Ministry of Social Development is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a high-energy, supportive team focused on providing mana-enhancing assistance to clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing inbound phone-based support and assisting with access to various services. The role involves working with clients during challenging times, requiring empathy, understanding, and decision-making to provide the right support.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide inbound phone-based support to clients from various backgrounds

– Handle complex situations with empathy and effective communication

– Make decisions to ensure appropriate support is provided
