Job Description/Overview:
Requiring a strong Project Manager to come on board and firstly deliver a large commercial project to the highest possible specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner
- A high level of programming
- Quality management
- Overseeing the site based team
- Setting and maintaining an efficient strategy
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Developing and building relationships
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety
Experience:
- A trade background for this role is preferred as is a high level of construction management experience in the NZ Construction market. Experience managing Commercial projects of a similar scale is essential.
