Compensation:
– $32/hr
– Annual rate: $50,000 – $74,999 USD
Job Description/Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager will manage technical aspects of key marketing systems, coordinate between product and sales teams, and establish scalable processes for campaign and lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Record videos and conduct sales calls that require deep product knowledge.
– Manage technical aspects of database tools like Airtable.
– Coordinate effectively between product and sales teams.
– Manage marketing automation and CRM systems.
– Establish and maintain best practices in campaign and lead management.
Qualifications Needed:
– Fluent in English.
– Ability to commit full-time (40+ hrs/wk).
– Must work PST hours (9 AM – 2 PM, Mon-Fri).
– Comfortable with technical aspects of database tools and proficient in Webflow website editing.
– Experience with HubSpot.
– Ability to manage and report on leads using marketing automation and CRM systems.
Experience:
– 4+ years in a relevant role.
Skills:
– Ability to record videos.
– Proficient with HubSpot and Webflow.
– Technical knowledge of database tools like Airtable.
