Job Description/Overview:
The Child Care Worker will engage children in educational activities, assist with daily routines, and prepare snacks. Responsibilities include guiding children’s development and reporting observations to supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
– Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
– Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
– Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
– Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
Qualifications Needed:
– Education:Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
-1 year to less than 2 years
