Job Description/Overview:
WALLERICH is seeking for its finishing workshop in :
Non-Destructive Testing Manager (M/F) and METAL STRUCTURES – ARTWORKS
Key Responsibilities
- Manages a team of inspectors, including two certified according to EN ISO 9712 (MT – UT)
- Plans dimensional and NDT control activities at all stages of manufacturing
- Maintains staff qualifications and ensures their development if necessary
- Follows up on internal and external anomalies until resolved
- Compiles specific documents for the final file to be sent to the client
- Develops continuous improvement tools and modules in the company’s internal ERP
- Ensures products comply with EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 (EXC4 class) and other applicable client specifications (SNCF, DBS, F66, etc.)
- Ensures the maintenance of the company’s qualifications and certifications
- Implements necessary actions to guarantee the quality and compliance of productions
Qualifications needed
- HND or equivalent
- General certificate / Technical certificate
- A-Level / Tech-Level
- Bachelor
- Master
Experience:
- Engineer level (bac+5) recognized by CTI with specialization in welding required (IWE or ESSA level)
- Experience in the field of metal structures and NDT. Experience as a welding coordinator would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Confidentiality and rigor
