Job Description/Overview:
As part of the strengthening of our activities in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a “Contract Manager
The Position:
Directly reporting to the Major Accounts Department, you will be responsible for the deployment and management of our services to our client in compliance with our health, safety, and compliance policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the coordination of ATALIAN employees, suppliers, and subcontractors for the execution of services delivered on-site in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Be the unique point of entry and establish a trusted partnership with client contacts.
- Propose new environmental challenges.
- Pilot, measure, and report the performance of delivered services and ensure their compliance with the expected service levels by the client.
- Propose new services to the client.
- Ensure the profitability of the contract.
- Follow improvement and performance enhancement plans.
- Manage the risks inherent in the services.
- Ensure the renewal of the contract upon its expiration.
- Ensure compliance with Atalian group policies and processes (business processes, purchases, etc.)
Qualifications needed
- Significant experience in managing facility management contracts (ideally) or business services.
- Demonstrated ability to provide efficient customer service in an operational excellence approach.
- Rigorous, organized, and with a sense of priorities, capable of handling numerous topics simultaneously.
- Ability to manage large and multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexible and pragmatic manager, ready to support teams on the ground.
- Team spirit, motivated and results-oriented, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Willing attitude.
- Proven financial and commercial skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools is highly desired
- Proficiency in English is an asset
