Job Description/Overview
Isomorphic Labs is a new Alphabet company reimagining drug discovery through a computational- and AI-first approach. Our mission is to accelerate the speed, increase the efficacy, and lower the cost of drug discovery. You will be working at the cutting edge of ‘digital biology’ to deliver transformative social impact.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide hands-on program management support to AI-first Drug Design teams and key internal stakeholders including governance, finance, legal, and business development.
– Facilitate all aspects of drug discovery program management and associated governance across the portfolio of projects.
– Support teams with program planning, timeline monitoring, action tracking, budget forecasting, spend and resources management.
– Ensure integration, embedding, and operating systems and processes within Isomorphic Labs.
– Adaptively communicate portfolio timelines, budgets, and resources to meet the differing requirements of project teams and leadership.
– Support teams in liaising with CROs and other external providers/partners.
– Help towards efficient meetings, capturing meeting actions.
Qualifications needed
– BSc in Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
– Proven industry experience in managing or leading end-to-end drug discovery programs.
– Track record of successfully operating program management processes.
– Understanding of drug discovery/development processes.
– Experience managing budgets exceeding $20M.
– Proactive program risk management experience.
– Ability to interact and communicate with diverse key stakeholders.
– Patient, organized, and detail-oriented.
Experience
– Experience supporting teams in fast-paced and constantly changing environments, ideally in a start-up.
