Key Responsibilities:
– Provide support in planning and implementing educational programs that promote children’s development and learning.
– Observing and documenting children’s progress and interests.
– Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children.
– Collaborating with fellow educators and families to support each child’s individual needs.
– Engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Qualifications needed:
– Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
– Have a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and Care, with a desire to make a positive impact on young children’s lives.
– Demonstrated experience and a strong understanding of early childhood development and education.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
– A commitment to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for children.
– Current Working with Children Check.
– First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
