Job Description/Overview:
Lead a strong team delivering services and supporting clients in various settings,
Effective leadership and strategic management within the Melbourne area and
Promote high standards of performance and quality accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
Across a range of facilities within the Melbourne area, deliver services and supports, promoting choice and control for our clients and service excellence within our locations.
Effective leadership and strategic management of your team of Residential Supervisors including expert advice and clinical supervision.
Develop and strengthen Residential Supervisors’ leadership in disability capability and capacity to lead their teams to support people with complex disabilities and deliver high-quality services and outcomes for clients.
Lead and promote high standards of performance and quality accreditation, contributing to policy and frameworks and building capability to deliver on client-centered practice.
Embed a strong culture and the ongoing support of our values and health and safety
Qualifications needed:
In addition, relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years experience in disability services, management, aged or health services or a related discipline. Also, demonstrated experience leading and managing staff teams to deliver a high standard of disability services
