Job Description/Overview:
Relay Commerce is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead their team in helping merchants maximize ROI from Relay’s suite of e-commerce solutions. The CSM will oversee a team of Customer Success Specialists, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing insights to product development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute customer success strategies.
– Ensure all qualified customers achieve ROI.
– Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team.
– Manage customer retention, renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
– Track customer metrics and ensure data accuracy.
– Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams.
– Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications needed:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience:
– Minimum 5+ years in Customer Success or similar roles.
– Direct industry experience in e-commerce or B2B SaaS is preferred.
Skills:
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve problems.
– Proficiency in tools like Intercom, Notion, and other relevant systems.
