Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives. Drive operational excellence through process optimization and innovation.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor customer service, clinical operations, and pharmaceutical operations teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
– Customer Service Optimization: Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and build long-term relationships.
– Clinical Operations Management: Direct efficient execution of trials, studies, and research projects. Implement best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
– Pharmaceutical Operations Oversight: Lead production, supply chain, and distribution processes. Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and quality assurance initiatives.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster communication and collaboration across departments to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.
– Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop KPIs to track operational performance. Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.

Qualifications Needed:
