Key Responsibilities
- Drafting AML and Compliance reports.
- Monitoring and overseeing business activities, most of which are outsourced.
- Understanding and applying regulations such as MIFID, DORA, GDPR, and risk implementation principles.
- Creating marketing presentations.
- Supervising the registration of investment funds.
- Reviewing legal documents and local legislation.
- Checking policies and controls in place.
Qualifications needed
- At least 4 years of experience in Compliance and Risk Support.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Curious, independent personality with the ability to conduct research independently.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the team.
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
