Key Responsibilities
This role would be a great next step for a senior Veterinary Nurse wanting to progress their career. This role is primarily focused on clinic administration and team management. Here are just a few of the key responsibilities that you will be contributing to together with the rest of our team:
- Day-to-day administration
- Fostering an engaged team culture
- Mentoring & supporting junior team members
- Retail management
Qualifications needed
- Genuinely care for pets, your colleagues and our clients
- Work well both in a team and independently
- High level of integrity and are interested in continued development
- Good communicator and have leadership and excellent people skills
- Experience with a retail environment a bonus
- People focused with proven management experience
- Computer skills – bonus if you have experience with VisionVPM software
- Experience in the Veterinary or pet industries, ideal if you have Veterinary Nurse qualification/s and experience
