Job Description/Overview:
CTG PSF is an IT services company serving a predominantly financial clientele.
We are recruiting an Incident Manager (M/F/X) for our banking sector client.
Key Responsibilities
- You ensure effective prioritization and follow-up of all incidents and requests.
- You are responsible for managing IT incidents and problems.
- You create and update procedures: adapt processes according to requirements and situations.
- You coordinate service activities and requests with other teams and manage task scheduling.
- You ensure the creation of the annual patch calendar and monthly dashboards on their effectiveness.
- You coach and train team members.
- You participate in various workshops with suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts and/or service agreements.
- You implement and maintain ITIL processes.
Qualifications needed
- You hold a Bac+3 in IT or another relevant field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in IT process management and/or IT service management.
- You have confirmed experience as an incident manager.
- You are familiar with ITIL and have at least ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
- You know IT standards and methodologies, and have a solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and Azure cloud principles.
- You have a good command of Service Now, MS Office 365, and reporting tools.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Client-oriented, you have good communication skills.
- You enjoy teamwork and are capable of being autonomous and rigorous.
- You are fluent in French and English.
