Job Description/Overview:

- Recreate set menu to high standards

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications needed- Ideally the candidate we’re looking for is passionate and has a flair for food.
Experience:
Reflect experience as a Chef in a fast paced cafe/restaurant
2-5yrs experience as a Chef post qualifications
Recreate our set menu to a high standard
estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
oversee quality control of all dishes throughout prep/ presentation and completion before delivery
view of adding your own creativity to dishes
Prep for service
Follow all in house recipes
Ability to follow instructions and able to work within a team effectively
Follow clean and hygienic standards
Minimised waste
