Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform aluminum welding using MIG and TIG techniques.
– Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate welding.
– Conduct fitting to prepare materials for welding.
– Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
– Collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications Needed:
– Proven experience in aluminum welding.
– Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes.
– Ability to interpret blueprints accurately.
– Experience with fitting and preparation of materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with marine applications.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– 1 year of marine welding experience.
– 1 year of MIG welding experience.
– 1 year of aluminum welding experience.
Experience:
– Previous experience in aluminum welding and fitting is required.
Skills:
– Strong welding skills in MIG and TIG processes.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Salary/Compensation:
– Hourly rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
– Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.
