Job Summary:
As a Marketing Manager at Marriott’s Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across traditional, digital, and social media channels. Your role focuses on driving revenue, increasing market share, and enhancing brand awareness, particularly in Food and Beverage promotions both locally and to hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with hotel business priorities.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
– Manage property-level programming and activations in line with brand guidelines.
– Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid media campaigns, and email marketing.
– Monitor and report on campaign performance to leadership, adjusting strategies as needed.
– Manage content across Marriott.com, OTA sites, and third-party channels.
– Cultivate partnerships and manage PR events and promotions.
– Lead social media strategy and manage paid social media budgets.
Candidate Profile:
– 2-year degree with 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related field; hospitality experience preferred; or a 4-year bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content management.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
– Ability to manage budgets and analyze campaign performance metrics.
