Job Summary:
As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee daily F&B operations at Montreal Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel. You will ensure compliance with F&B policies, uphold service standards, and manage operational budgets. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in achieving guest satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily F&B shift operations, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
– Manage F&B inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring equipment functionality.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
– Train and mentor team members to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
– Monitor financial performance against budgetary goals and take corrective actions as needed.
– Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
– Address guest concerns promptly and implement solutions to ensure positive guest experiences.
Candidate Profile:
– High school diploma or GED required; a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage operations or culinary management.
– Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and regulatory requirements.
– Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
