Key Responsibilities
As a Field Service Engineer PP, you will be part of the service within the Production Printing Products division, acting as the point of contact and technical specialist for clients. Thanks to your technical skills and problem-solving abilities, you will be responsible for on-site repairs of machines.
- Analyze, document, and resolve technical problems and issues.
- Train clients on the use and maintenance of products and, in some cases, on their advanced applications. Provide feedback to product management and developers.
- Provide technical support to other field colleagues and clients, if necessary.
- Manage the stock of your vehicle and the clients’ stock.
- Report to the Service Manager Production Printing Products (PPP) Belux.
Qualifications needed
- You hold a higher education degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
- You have proven experience in a similar position with at least 5 years (installations, machine repairs, PCs, servers, etc.).
- You have an affinity for IT and new technologies.
- You have a sense of color quality and details.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- You are flexible and proactive.
- You have a sense of responsibility and take necessary initiatives.
- You are independent and result-oriented, demonstrate perseverance, and are open to change
